Perchwood Home is a 24-person integrated design and build team, founded in Hangzhou in 2014. We do not chase showroom-style looks; we first study a family's routines, storage and light, then discuss color.
Design, hard finishes, custom cabinets and soft furnishings are delivered by the same project team, with budgets itemized in detail.
From bare shell to move-in, one master plan throughout.
Structural assessment first, no blind demolition.
Changing only soft furnishings can change the feel of a home.
Guesthouses, cafes and small retail spaces.
Our own woodwork shop, with traceable board materials.
Kitchen, bathroom and single-space refresh in 15 days in this sample.
